At Bhalo Cha, we care about one thing above everything else – keeping Assam CTC tea exactly as it is. Our team never blends tea from one origin with tea from another. What you get is the real thing, start to finish.

We use modern equipment to clean, sort, blend, flavor, and pack our range, but every stage still goes through close inspection – and we keep manual handling to a minimum on purpose, not as an afterthought.

Purity, for us, isn't limited to the leaf itself. It runs through the whole operation. Our team includes people with real, hands-on experience in tea selection, tasting, manufacturing, flavoring, and packaging – and that experience is what actually shows up in your cup.

We're certified by the Quality Council of India under the WASH (Workplace Assessment for Safety & Hygiene) program, which reflects the standard we hold ourselves to for a clean, safe production environment.

Tasting hundreds of samples from a single origin to find the ones that actually meet our flavor and quality benchmark.
Grading by leaf size, so each variety – including our CTC – stays consistent and true to itself.
Cleaning out impurities, so only the best leaves move forward.
Blending and flavoring, where it applies, for our pure, flavored, and herbal lines.
