Procurement

We buy directly from trusted Assam tea estates - no middlemen, no mixing sources. A lot of these growers we've been working with for years now, and honestly, that's not an accident. We stuck with them because they care about sustainable farming, same as we do.

Grading

Leaves get sorted by size and style, since that actually affects strength, flavor, and how the tea brews. It's a tedious step, but skipping it means inconsistent tea - so we don't skip it.

Cleaning

High-precision machines clear out dust, stalks, and anything else that doesn't belong - whether it's CTC, Orthodox, or Whole Leaf. This is where hygiene and safety actually get built in, not just claimed.

Bulk Packing & Storage

Once it is cleaned, the tea goes into bulk packaging that's built to protect it - locking in freshness, aroma, and the right moisture level. After that, tea just sits in climate-controlled storage until it's ready to move out.
