Procurement

Once selected, the chosen teas are procured directly from trusted, high-quality Assam tea estates. We maintain strong relationships with tea growers who share our commitment to sustainable farming and ethical practices.

Grading

After procurement, the tea leaves undergo a grading process, where they are sorted according to leaf size and style — a crucial step that influences the strength, flavor, and brewing experience. This careful grading ensures consistency and quality.

Cleaning

Next, the graded tea is passed through high-precision cleaning machines designed to remove- Dust and debris, Stalks and fibrous material, Any foreign particles or impurities. This step is critical to ensure hygiene and safety.

Bulk Packing & Storage

After cleaning, the tea is securely packed in bulk protective packaging, designed to preserve- Freshness, Aroma, Moisture levels. These packs are stored in climate-controlled environments.
